FDM/SLA?

Fused deposition modelling (FDM)

This is where the material is melted at high temperatures and laid down in strings to build the print layer by layer

NOTE: This process can take a LOT of time depending on how much of the 220x220x250mm build plate and infill is needed

Stereolithography (SLA)

This method used liquid resin and either a laser or in our case an Ultraviolet light the projects a layer image to build a far more detailed print

HOW DO YOU DO PRICING FOR YOU PRINT ON DEMAND SERVICE?

All print prices are per project-based, there are several factors that are considered as part of the quote:
- Returning customers
- Active Forum member
- Material use (both quantity and type)
- Clean up (removal of support material)
- Designing (CAD)

WHAT DOSE BANGA DO?

"You dream it we make it" is our catchphrase so far we make models and other small projects whilst our premises are being scaled up to do much larger projects these include

- SLA/FDM 3dprinting

- Laser engraving/cutting (40W)

cannot laser metal/shiny objects

- CNC milling, Engraving into metal, wood and plastic
